My name is Kelly, and I ramble about books! How do you do?

I like reading, that much is obvious, and for a while I have been a reviewer of Japanese Pop Music and the Music Videos that accompany them. After doing that for almost five years, I realised that I wanted to try blogging about other things too, passions that I rarely talk about or divulge in online. Through that desire, this blog came to be, and I somehow became a Book Review, albeit not a very good one.

I love Young Adult novels, and I am a fanatic of all things magical, mystical and fairy tale related. I have always loved adaptations of classical fairy tales, whether they are movies, books or even songs that hint towards the magic of fairy tales. I adore the ideas behind them, the morals that are used, and sometimes, I enjoy the gruesome aspect that the original fairy tales include! One day, I hope that I can read or watch all of the fairy tale adaptations this world has to offer, or at least, a good majority of them!

Currently I am a student in University where I study film and creative writing. The aim for my own future is unclear right now, however I hope that I can cross the path of other writers one day, or to become a critic for film and TV. Right now though, my story is left unwritten. Where the pages are left blank, I hope to fill them with my future!

Cheesy Cliché's, I love them, though really cheesy books? Not so much!
